Local app information

The app stores move names and dates, rooms, boxes, item lists, notes, essential flags, original selected photos, checkpoint history, corrections and settings in its private local storage. The developer operates no inventory server and does not receive this information automatically. There is no account, advertising, tracking, location permission or analytics SDK.

Camera and selected photos

The camera is requested only when you choose Start camera. It reads QR codes on device; camera frames are not uploaded or saved as inventory photos. You can deny access and use search or selected label images. The system photo picker gives the app only the images you choose. Added box photos retain their original bytes, which may include metadata already present in the image.

QR labels

Each QR contains only a versioned app identifier and an opaque box UUID. It contains no item names, photos, rooms, address or public web URL. Unknown, malformed and unsupported labels do not open a website or import data. Optional printed room and essential text appears separately on paper.

Exports and backups

Manifest PDFs may include the fields and photos you select. Full backup packages include all inventory data and original photos. Export only to destinations you trust; their providers may receive the exported data under their own policies. iOS device backups may include app storage according to your Apple settings. There is no developer-operated cloud sync.

Purchases

The planned app is a paid download with no in-app purchases. Apple processes App Store transactions and provides developers aggregate sales information under its policies. No payment details are collected inside this app.

Support and website

If you email support, your email address, message and attachments are received by the support mailbox. Do not send a full household backup unless necessary and deliberately chosen. We use support correspondence to respond and troubleshoot and retain it only as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.

This static website is hosted by Netlify. Hosting providers process ordinary request information such as IP addresses and browser/network information to deliver and secure the site under their policies. The site includes no advertising, analytics scripts, remote fonts or form backend.

Your choices

You can edit and remove individual inventory records, export a backup or delete all local app data in Settings. Delete-all also clears the local recovery save; it does not delete exported files, device backups or support email. Removing the app may remove local records. Save a backup first.
